Hatkhola is an initiative for producing quality handy craft products through skilled rural crafts women from May 2017. Our motto is to create opportunities for rural and ethnic women that they can empower. Hatkhola's vision is to follow an eco-friendly policy in all its processes to manufacture and market designer home furnishing handicrafts for the modern day consumers.

After starting our manufacturing operation way back in 2017 with an initial product line up of Rugs, we have extended this by foraying in various other types of modern home furnishing products. Today, we manufacture a range of designer rugs

such as jute rugs and chenille rugs etc. After being established in 2017 as a small size manufacturer and supplier of modern home furnishings product, we have grown up manifolds across all dimensions of our business functioning. Be it of adding new varieties of products or of adding new clients in client list. Slowly we have been distinctly recognized amidst renowned Hand Knotted jute rugs and loom made chenille rugs Manufacturers and Exporters, based in Northern Bangladesh. Our trained craftswomen produce Satranji, table runner, place mat, Jute mat, hand jute crafts, wood crafts etc.

gives international and local buyers a general impression of how services/suppliers/manufacturers are in Bangladesh. Exports not only bring inflow of money into the country but also keep Hatkhola’s factory busy throughout the year. During this time employment levels are high and stable and the full capacity at Hatkhola’s factory demands more and more employees, ultimately creating more jobs in the sector.

Sutar Kabbo wants to grow with its craftswomen, for that it executes social business. From the beginning, Hatkhola has intensively invested in capacity building of indigenous women to work in the informal craft sector in Dinajpur, Bangladesh. Hatkhola has intensively invested in market development and enterprise building of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the informal craft sector of this area. Hatkhola has been working with 25 craft enterprises (community-based groups and artisan-entrepreneurial units) that are part of its network have benefited from these efforts. Their capabilities have been expanded and they have seen substantial business growth. Besides, Hatkhola is also planning with the crafts producer groups, potential new craft groups, small enterprises, fair trade organizations and in select cases, development organizations with a focus on livelihoods of the northern part of Bangladesh.
